Bamboo Restaurant
Al fresco and intimate restaurant located by the main pool side open for all-day dining. The Amala's creative cuisine perfectly complements its philosophy of achieving health through harmony. We use organic products and raw foods wherever possible to help guests detox and replenish vital vitamins and minerals, and while alcohol is available it is not openly advertised and instead is included on a separate menu.
THE SPA
The Amala focuses on ancient Asian medicine and Western holistic philosophies and has on-site professionals who carefully assess guests’ health, fitness and lifestyle to provide individualised wellness programmes and treatments. The Amala has sourced organic produce where possible for its treatments and for its delicious and healthy spa menu.
Pure Relaxtation
Guests have complete freedom around the public areas of the resort and can enjoy lounging on open-air day-beds and in the bale, swimming in the pool or relaxing in the library.

The Amala has a large and tranquil yoga room which is available for private and group classes as well as personal relaxation sessions.
